When is the deadline to RSVP?
- We kindly ask that you let us know if you can make it no later than Friday, August 5th, 2025.
Are children invited?
- While we understand all the kids want to party with us, we can only accommodate the little ones we have directly invited.
Are plus-ones invited?
- Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. We will only be able to accommodate those listed when you RSVP.

Is there a dress code?
- Cocktail attire is the vibe. We highly encourage all guests to embrace vibrant colors for their ‘fits!
What is the weather like that time of the year?
- October is a beautiful time to visit Boston. While still early in the month, evenings might be chilly so plan accordingly!
Is the ceremony accessible?
- Our ceremony will be fully outdoors, on uneven terrain, and seating will not be provided. We would love to have you there but understand the conditions may be challenging for some folks. We hope to see you all at the reception to join us in celebrating all night long!
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
- Please plan to arrive by 1:30 pm. We will begin the ceremony promptly at 2:00 pm.
Will there be transportation provided?
- We will not be providing dedicated transportation to the ceremony or reception venue. We highly recommend ride share services (Uber or Lyft) to travel to the ceremony and back. Two of the hotels we’ve reserved are a quick 10 minute walk from the reception venue; a perfect way to get those steps in!
Is there parking available?
- There will be no dedicated parking at the ceremony or reception venues. We highly recommend ride share services (Uber or Lyft) for the wedding day activities.
Will meals be provided?
- Most definitely. We will have small bites during cocktail hour, and dinner will be served family style. If you have a dietary restriction, please let us know when you RSVP.

What is the closest airport to the events?
- Thank you for traveling to spend time on our special day! The closest airport to the events is Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). The airport is a 20 minute drive from all reserved hotels.
Do you have hotel blocks for guests?
- Yes! We have reserved room blocks at three different hotels. Take a look at the Accommodation page for details.
What should I do in Boston?
- We love our city. If you have extra time, head on over to the Things to Do list for a few of our favorite places.
